I guess the point of writing a book is for someone else to read it, no matter how scary that is.

It Ends in a Fire is a sweeping fantasy, the type of book I devoured as a child. Filled with magic and power and angry women.

I wrote the first words of this story in 2018, and in 2023, it was complete enough to try and send it into the world. For the last year, it’s been in the pits of Querying Hell, so to try and keep the momentum alive, I’ve been sharing it with folks interested in reading it.
